Shelby is 13 years old and is in the 7th grade. She was diagnosed with Juvenile Dermatomyositis (JDMS) (03/27/00). This page was created by mom for several reasons:
To help us monitor her symptoms and progress.
To be a resource for others who may be experiencing a similar situation.
To help educate family members, friends, and others on JDMS to foster a better understanding of what a child with JDMS may be going through.
